(1) This section applies if -
(a) either -
(i) a specified person is the subject of a decision under section 934(9) that he or she has committed a relevant contravention, or
(ii) the Supervisory Authority and a specified person who falls within paragraph (b) of the definition of "specified person" have entered into a section 934E agreement in respect of a relevant contravention that the Supervisory Authority reasonably believes that the person has committed, and
(b) that contravention relates, whether directly or indirectly, to the audit of a public-interest entity.
(2) The Supervisory Authority shall, as soon as is practicable, give the Corporate Enforcement Authority particulars of -
(a) the specified person,
(b) the relevant contravention, and
(c) the public-interest entity.
(3) The Supervisory Authority shall, in addition to complying with subsection (2), give the Corporate Enforcement Authority such information and assistance as the Corporate Enforcement Authority may reasonably
