930D. Conflicts of interest to be avoided

(1) The persons to whom this subsection applies shall organise themselves in such a manner so that conflicts of interest are avoided in the performance of their respective functions under this Act.

(2) Subsection (1) applies to -

(a) the Supervisory Authority,

(b) the Corporate Enforcement Authority,

(c) the Registrar, and

(d) the recognised accountancy bodies.
