Regulation 20 Amendment to Schedule 13 to the Enterprise Act 2002

(1) In Schedule 13 to the Enterprise Act 2002 [2002 c.40.] (listed Directives and Regulations), after paragraph 12 [Paragraph 12 was inserted by reg. 16(b) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/1208).] insert -

"13. Article 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.".
