Regulation 14 Information to be made available termination of relevant employment.

(1) The information specified in paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule E and, where the scheme is a defined benefit scheme to which section 44 of the Act applies and the information is being furnished on or after 1 January 2013, the information specified in paragraph 6A of Part I of Schedule E shall be furnished to any member of a defined benefit scheme excluding the DC Element of a defined benefit scheme who has not acquired an entitlement to a preserved benefit as soon as practicable and in any event within 2 months after he or his employer has notified the trustees that his service in relevant employment has terminated or is about to terminate other than by reason of the winding up of the scheme.

(2) The information specified in paragraphs 2 to 6 of Part I of Schedule E and, where the scheme is a defined benefit scheme to which section 44 of the Act applies and the information is being furnished on or after 1 January 2013, the information specified in paragraph 6A of Part I of Schedule
