Regulation 17 Information to be made available Pension Adjustment Orders.
(1) The information specified in paragraphs 1 to 4 of Schedule H and where the scheme is a defined benefit scheme to which section 44 of the Act applies and the information is being furnished on or after 1 January 2013, the information specified in paragraph 12 of Schedule H shall be furnished to a non-member spouse or other person specified in a Pension Adjustment Order relating to a member as soon as practicable and in any event within 2 months of notification to the trustees of the granting of a Pension Adjustment Order in relation to the member's benefits.
(2) The information specified in paragraphs 2, 5 and 6 of Schedule H shall be furnished to a non-member spouse on request, as soon as practicable and in any event within 2 months after the request is made.
(3) The information specified in paragraphs 2, 3, 6 and 10 of Schedule H shall be furnished to a non-member spouse within 2 months after the member or his employer has notified the trustees that his relevant employment has terminated.
