Schedule B The Annual Report Information to Accompany Audited Accounts and Actuarial Funding Certificate

Articles 7 and 8.

1.

(a) The names of all persons who were trustees of the scheme during the scheme year to which the information relates, and those trustees acting at the date of signing of the annual report in accordance with sub-article (6) of article 7, and the names of the directors of any company being a trustee during the scheme year to which the information relates or at the date of signing of the annual report as aforesaid.

(b) If there is more than one employer participating in the scheme at the end of the scheme year to which the annual report relates, a list of such participating employers.

2. The name of each actuary, auditor, solicitor, bank, investment manager, custodian, depositary and administrator acting for or retained by the trustees during the scheme year and (where different) those retained at the date of signing of the annual report in accordance with sub-article (6) of article 7 with an indication (except where article 7 is complied with by the trustees for the first time) of any change since the previous scheme year.
