Regulation 2A Home Member State.

(1) In these Regulations "home Member State" means - (a) in the case of an issuer of debt securities the denomination per unit of which is less than €1,000 (or, where the debt securities are in a currency other than euro, the value of such denomination per unit is, at the date of issue, less than €1,000, unless it is nearly equivalent to €1,000) or an issuer of shares - (i) if the issuer is incorporated or formed in a Member State, the Member State in which it has its registered office, or (ii) if the issuer is incorporated or formed in a state or territory which is not a Member State, the Member State chosen by the issuer from amongst the Member States where its securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market,
