Regulation 39 Powers of Bank.

(1) The Bank shall have all the powers necessary for the performance of its functions under transparency (regulated markets) law or the Directive.

(2) The powers provided for in this Part in respect of the Bank shall not be exercised in a manner or for a purpose inconsistent with the Directive or these Regulations.
