Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and construction.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 13th June 2007.

(3) These Regulations shall be read as one with the Companies Act 2014.
