Regulation 73 Person not to be concerned in management of regulated financial service provider while disqualified.

A regulated financial service provider shall ensure that a person shall not be concerned in the management of, or have a qualifying holding in, the financial service provider while the person is subject to a sanction referred to in Regulation 67(1) (d) that is in force.
