Article 50 Mapping and identification of resolution college members and possible observers

1. For the purposes of identifying the members and potential observers of the resolution college, the group-level resolution authority shall conduct the mapping of group entities referred to in Article 1(1) of Directive 2014/59/EU, taking into account the mapping of that group as performed by the consolidating supervisor in accordance with Article 2 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/98 [Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/98 of 16 October 2015 supplementing Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for specifying the general conditions for the functioning of colleges of supervisors (OJ L 21, 28.1.2016, p. 2).] and Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/99 [Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/99 of 16 October 2015 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to determining the operational functioning of the colleges of supervisors according to Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 21, 28.1.2016, p. 21).].

2. Upon finalisation of the mapping referred to in paragraph 1, the group-level resolution authority shall communicate the list of members and potential observers to the resolution college.
