(1) On the making of a winding-up order, an office copy of the order must forthwith be delivered by the company, or by such person as the court may direct, to the registrar of companies for registration.
(2) If a company makes default in complying with subsection (1), the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceding £1,500 and if any other person makes default in complying with subsection (1) such person shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £1,500.
