389. Proof of certificates as to incorporation.

A certificate signed by any person purporting to hold the office of registrar of companies or assistant registrar of companies or any office similar thereto in any country prescribed by the Minister for the purposes of this section, certifying that a company named in such certificate has been incorporated in that country, shall be prima facie evidence of such incorporation without proof of the signature of the person signing such certificate and without proof that the person signing such certificate holds that office.
