A payment service user is entitled to rectification from a payment service provider of an unauthorised or incorrectly executed payment transaction giving rise to a claim (including a claim referred to in Regulation 90) only if he or she notifies the payment service provider without undue delay on becoming aware of the transaction, and no later than 13 months after the debit date, unless the payment service provider is obliged to provide or make available information on the transaction in accordance with Part 4 and has failed to do so.
