The measures referred to in this Article shall apply as of 25 June 2024 in respect of all entities referred to in the Annex to Decision (CFSP) 2024/1429, see art. 1 of the Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1770 of 24 June 2024 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.

The measures referred to in this Article shall apply as of 1 October 2023  in respect of all entities referred to in point (3) of the Annex to Decision (CFSP) 2023/1217, see art. 1 of the Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/2097 of 28 September 2023 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.

The measures referred to in this Article shall apply as of 10 April 2023 in respect of the entities set out in point (3) of the Annex to Decision (CFSP) 2023/434, see art. 1 of the Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/728 of 31 March 2023 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.

The measures referred to in this Article shall apply as of 1 February 2023 in respect of all entities referred to in point (2) of the Annex to Decision (CFSP) 2022/2478, see art. 1 of the Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/190 of 27 January 2023 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.
