Regulation 102 Consultation of interested parties

(1) The Regulator, and where appropriate any other competent authority, shall take account of the views of end-users, in particular consumers, and end-users with disabilities, manufacturers and undertakings that provide electronic communications networks or services on issues related to all end-user and consumer rights, including equivalent access and choice for end-users with disabilities, concerning publicly available electronic communications services, in particular where they have a significant impact on the market, in accordance with such procedures as may be drawn up by the Regulator under Regulation 101(6).

(2) The Regulator, and where relevant any other competent authority in coordination with the Regulator, shall establish a consultation mechanism, accessible for end-users with disabilities, ensuring that, when taking decisions on issues related to end-user and consumer rights concerning publicly available electronic communications services, due consideration is given to consumer interests in electronic communications.
