(1) The document referred to in Regulation 69 shall be filed with the Bank in accordance with the prospectus rules and published in accordance with Article 27 of the Prospectus Regulation.
(2) Where that document refers to information, it shall state where the information can be obtained.
(3) An issuer which fails to comply with paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
