Schedule 3 Amendment of European Communities (Stock Exchange) Regulations 1984

Regulation 2(1)

Delete "and the Listing Particulars directive" in the definition of "the directives".

Regulation 2(1)

Delete the definition of "the Listing Particulars directive".

Regulation 3(2)

(1)

Delete "and" after paragraph (ii);

(2)

Substitute in paragraph (iii) "and," for "and.";

(3)

Insert the following paragraph after paragraph (iii):

"(iv)

are not contrary to or inconsistent with any provision of Irish prospectus law (within the meaning of the Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005).".

Delete in its entirety.

Delete "and Article 25 of the listing particulars directive".
