(1) The Minister, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, may appoint such staff as he thinks necessary to assist the Commission in the performance of its functions.
(2) Appointments under this section shall be on such terms as the Minister with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform determines and shall be subject to the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004.
