The powers of inspection given to inspectors by section 12 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1969, shall be exercisable for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of section 32 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946, and section 51 of this Act and the said section 12 and this section shall be construed as one section.
