55. Amendment of section 12(2)(d) of Industrial Relations Act, 1969.

Section 12(2)(d) of the Industrial Relations Act, 1969 (which refers to failure or refusal to comply with a lawful requirement of an inspector) is hereby amended by the deletion of "wilfully" before "fails".
