(1) The Court may, on its own initiative or at the request of a joint labour committee, arrange for the provision of a report on the industry or trade covered by the committee and the position of its workforce, having regard to the purposes for which the committee was established.
(2) A request for a report under subsection (1) may be made by the committee on the application of the chairman with the approval of a majority of the members of the committee.
