The Commission shall carry out a periodic review with a view to ascertaining whether, in the opinion of the Commission, new joint labour committees should be established or, as regards existing committees, whether any establishment order requires amendment or any committee should be abolished, and shall send a copy of the review to the Court and to the Minister.
