14. Procuring etc. discrimination or victimisation.

A person who procures or attempts to procure another person to do anything which -

(a) constitutes discrimination which is unlawful under this Act, or

(b) constitutes victimisation for the purposes of Part VII,

shall be guilty of an offence.
