(1) The Authority shall provide itself with a seal which shall be authenticated by the chairperson or some other member of the Authority authorised by it to act on its behalf and by the signature of an officer of the Authority authorised by it to act in that behalf.
(2) Judicial notice shall be taken of the seal of the Authority and any document sealed with the seal shall be admissible in evidence.
