51F. Termination of external confiscation orders from member states.

Where an external confiscation order has been transmitted by or on behalf of a court in a designated state that is a member state to the Central Authority and the Central Authority has transmitted it to the Director of Public Prosecutions under section 51A for execution in the State, the execution of that external confiscation order shall be terminated by order of the High Court only if a request to terminate it has been received from the competent authority of the designated state concerned.
