60I. Amounts to accrue to Exchequer.

An amount paid on foot of an external financial penalty order shall be paid into or disposed of for the benefit of the Exchequer in such manner as the Minister for Finance may direct, unless an agreement is made between the Central Authority and the competent authority in the issuing state concerned that all or part of that amount will be paid to that issuing state.
