94AG. Application of section 66 for purposes of Part

For the purposes of this Part, section 66(5) shall apply subject to the modification (and any other necessary modifications) that the reference to an assurance by a requesting authority shall be construed as a reference to an assurance by the relevant EPPO member state in which EPPO is conducting a criminal investigation or criminal proceedings that are the subject of an EPPO request.
