(1) The FCA may require a member of, or participant in, a regulated market or multilateral trading facility subject to the requirements set out in regulation 32 ("M") to provide on a regular or ad hoc basis -
(a) a description of the systems and controls mentioned in regulation 32(4);
(b) evidence that those systems and controls have been applied; and
(c) the information stored in accordance with regulation 32(9).
