21. Payment of amount owed to employee on termination of employment.

To avoid doubt, where the employment of an employee is terminated, the employee shall be paid at not less than the minimum hourly rate of pay to which he or she is entitled in accordance with this Act in respect of the period commencing on the beginning of the pay reference period in which his or her employment was terminated and ending on the date of that termination.
