Section 39 of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, is hereby amended by the insertion in the table to subsection (2) of the following after "Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 1991":
"National Minimum Wage Act, 2000
Parental Leave Act, 1998".
