Regulation 50 Amendment of the Credit Rating Agencies Regulations 2010

(1) The Credit Rating Agencies Regulations 2010 [S.I. 2010/906 as amended by S.I. 2011/1435 and S.I.2013/472.] are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1), omit the definition of "ESMA".

(3) Omit regulations 32 to 34.
