45. Receipt in case of society in liquidation.

Where a registered society is in liquidation, the signature to such a receipt as aforesaid of the liquidator or liquidators for the time being, described as such, shall have the same effect, and shall be entitled to the same exemption from stamp duty, as would under this Act attach to a similar receipt signed as aforesaid if the society were not in liquidation.
