78. Payment to representatives of deceased members in the Channel Islands.

In the Channel Islands, when any sum of money becomes payable on the death of a person entitled to make a nomination under this Act, such sum shall, in default of any nomination, be paid to the deceased member's legal representative according to the law of the island in which such deceased member was domiciled.
