The following conditions are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 72(4) in relation to an insured person -

(a) in the case of an accident while travelling to work, shall be engaged in travelling to his or her place of employment at the time with a view to carrying out the duties of his or her employment, such journey being an unbroken journey from his or her normal place of residence, or

(b) in the case of an accident while travelling from work, shall be engaged in travelling directly, after he or she had completed the duties of employment, from his or her place of employment in an unbroken journey to his or her normal place of residence.
