(1) The Minister may at any time revoke an appointment made under article 59, 60 or 61 and a person appointed may resign on giving to the Minister one month's notice of his or her intention to do so.

(2) The receipt of benefit or medical care by a person -

(a) nominated under article 56 or 56A, or

(b) appointed under article 59, 60 or 61,

shall be a good discharge to the Minister and to the Social Insurance Fund of any amount so paid.
