Where in respect of a claim for benefit under section 87 in respect of a prescribed disease the insured person is found to be or to have been suffering from the disease, or to have died as a result thereof, the disease shall, for the purpose of such claim, be treated as having developed on a date (hereafter referred to as "the date of development") determined in accordance with articles 26 and 27.
