Regulation 39 Vibration-induced white finger - special provision

Where a claimant in respect of vibration-induced white finger who has traumatic vasospasm of a phalanx or phalanges of one hand is at the loss of a phalanx or phalanges of that hand, it shall be assumed for purposes of the claim that such missing phalanx or phalanges would have been subject to traumatic vasospasm.
