(1) Section 74(4) (which provides that in determining whether the insured person is incapable of work on the day of the accident, any part of that day before the occurrence of the accident shall be disregarded) shall not apply.

(2) Save as provided in article 32, the injury benefit period shall begin with the date of the development.
