Where a person to whom article 66 applies has necessarily incurred incidental expenses as a result of the delay in payment of the benefit, he or she shall be entitled to a payment of the expenses in so far as they exceed €12.70 and subject to a maximum of €63.50 provided that he or she produces such evidence as may be required of such expenditure.
