Regulation 56 Remuneration, etc., of temporary administrators.

A temporary administrator shall, subject to the prior approval of the competent authority, be entitled to be paid his or her costs, expenses and remuneration, and to retain the amount of those costs, expenses and remuneration, out of the revenue of the business of the institution referred to in Regulation 54(1).
