Regulation 180 Continuation of contravention of Regulation 123(1)(e).

Where a person continues to fail to comply with a direction of the resolution authority under Regulation 123(1)(e) in respect of which he or she has been convicted of an offence under paragraph (3) of that Regulation, that person shall be guilty of an offence on every day on which the contravention continues after the original conviction and for each such offence that person shall be liable on summary conviction to a class E fine.
