(1) The contents of a bridge institution's constitution and any amendments thereto, shall be subject to the prior approval of the resolution authority in writing.
(2) The members of the management body of a bridge institution shall be elected by the shareholders of the bridge institution, which may include the resolution authority, in accordance with its constitution.
(3) The appointment of members of the management body of a bridge institution shall -
(a) be subject to the pre-approval of the competent authority in accordance with section 23 of the Act of 2010, and
(b) not take effect without the prior approval of the resolution authority in writing.
(4) The remuneration of the members of the management body of the bridge institution and their respective responsibilities shall be subject to the prior approval of the resolution authority in writing.
