Where the resolution authority is satisfied that it is necessary for the performance of its functions under these Regulations, and in pursuit of the enhanced supervisory and enforcement powers provided to the Bank in the Act of 2013, the resolution authority may exercise any of the functions or powers of the Bank in Part 3 of that Act.
