Section 21(1) of the Act of 2013 is amended -
(a) in paragraph (i) by substituting "(2);" for "(2).", and
(b) by inserting after paragraph (i) the following:
"(j) a special manager or administrator, within the meaning of the European Union (Bank Recovery and Resolution) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 289 of 2015), appointed in accordance with those Regulations.".
