16. Director and Bank to be immune from certain civil proceedings.
(1) Civil proceedings may not be brought against the Director for failure to perform or exercise an obligation imposed on the Director by this Act, unless the failure is wilful.
(2) Civil proceedings may not be brought against the Bank for failure to perform or exercise an obligation imposed on the Bank by this Act, unless the failure is wilful.
