73G. Liability of owner.
(1) Where a hire-purchase agreement for the letting of goods with digital elements provides for a continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for a period specified in the agreement, the owner shall be liable for a lack of conformity of the digital content or digital service with the agreement that occurs or becomes apparent within that period.
(2) Where a hire-purchase agreement provides for the delivery of goods on more than one occasion during the period for which the agreement subsists, the owner shall be liable to the hirer during that period for a lack of conformity of the goods with the hire-purchase agreement which exists at the relevant time.
