96. Moneylender's licence not to be altered or falsified.
(1) A person, other than an authorised person, shall not alter or attempt to alter a high cost credit provider’s licence or an authorised copy of such a licence.
(2) A person shall not falsify or attempt to falsify a high cost credit provider’s licence or a certified copy of such a licence.
