118. Mortgage intermediaries authorisation not to be altered or falsified.
(1) A person, other than an authorised person, shall not alter or attempt to alter a mortgage intermediaries authorisation or a certified copy of such an authorisation.
(2) A person shall not falsify or attempt to falsify a mortgage intermediaries authorisation or a certified copy of such an authorisation.
