60. Regulations relating to form and content of hire-purchase agreements.
(1) The Bank may make regulations amending section 58 or the Fifth Schedule with respect to the form or content of hire-purchase agreements.
(2) The Bank may exercise the power conferred by subsection (1) only after consulting with, or at the request of, the Director and only after obtaining the consent of the Minister for Finance.
